Homework Folders: return on Friday
There will be no school for students Thursday, October 18th as teachers will be participating in a professional development day.
Pumpkins for the classroom: we need two pumpkins (one large and one small) for a measurement activity. Please let me know if you can send one in.
We will be learning about the letter Ss this week. On Friday, we will be celebrating letter S with Silly Sock Day! Please send in an old sock as we will be making sock puppets. As well, on Friday, students may wear odd socks!
Please ensure your child is dressed for outside play each day. The weather is getting colder. Please pack a hat and mittens! Please ensure all belongings are labelled with your child's name.

This week in school some things we will be learning about:
Letter Aa . Continue to practice the other letters we have been learning about (C,M,T)
Numbers 1 - 5: We will be counting and creating sets to 5. Students should also be able to identify each numeral. Please continue to help your child print the numerals 1-5 from memory.

Please bring in a non-perishable food item for our Thanksgiving food drive. Food donations will be collected on October 4th, the day of our Thanksgiving assembly.
