School Forms and Procedures
The following forms will be sent home with your child on opening day 2018-19. We ask that you send them in promptly as it helps us ensure your child's safety:
Our school asks that you complete a pre-arranged absence form if your child is going to be absent for a period of time. That form can be printed and passed in to the Homeroom Teacher. The Principal will then confer with the teacher before signing the document. The absence is then documented as "Principal's Excused." Please note that the 2018-19 School Calendar has been made available for your planning purposes.
